Convenient location near the town center and beautiful garden with a stunning view. 🌿 Occasionally, there are trains nearby which can be a bit noisy, but overall it's a great spot.

Comfortable bed, views on the beautiful garden. Setting near to Leicester's town centre, in-frequent trains passing at night and Leicester. Really helpful staff and host.

As a backpacker, I had a fantastic stay at this cozy accommodation. The room, though smaller, was more than enough for a single person. The bed was exceptional, providing great comfort for my spinal injury. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and offered assistance with my luggage. They were engaging and happy to chat about various topics. The multilingual hosts made communication easy. They even shared their treats like doughnuts, tea, coffee, and fruit juice with me. The constant availability of fruits, bread, biscuits, and bottled water was a nice touch. Additionally, the beautiful private garden and the serene conservatory provided tranquil spots to relax and forget about the outside world. The illumination in the garden added a touch of elegance without any crazy flashing lights.

Felt really good, couldn't find anything to complain about.

My stay at Park House was exceptional. The room may have been smaller, but it was more than enough for a single person. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for someone like me with a spinal injury. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, offering help with luggage and engaging in delightful conversations on a variety of topics. They even went out to buy doughnuts and generously shared them with me, along with a selection of beverages and snacks. The breakfast options were extensive, from continental to cooked dishes, cereals, and bread with various spreads. The highlight was the beautiful and tranquil garden, with its manicured lawn, outdoor seating areas, and a relaxing conservatory. Day or night, it was a special place to be, especially with the gentle illumination from elegant fairy lights.

    Nothing that I didn't like. 😊

The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It provided great support for my back and I woke up feeling refreshed and pain-free. The hosts were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They even offered to help with carrying my luggage and were always available for a chat. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including delicious pastries, toast, and a selection of cereals. The private garden was a peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxing and forgetting about the outside world.

The name of the hotel was very misleading and didn't match up with the experience at all. I was expecting a location closer to the park, but instead, it was quite far away.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, assisting with our luggage and providing a warm welcome. They were multilingual, which was a bonus, and the breakfast selection was extensive with options for both continental and cooked meals. The beautiful private garden, complete with outdoor sitting areas and a tranquil conservatory, provided a peaceful retreat from the outside world. we felt well looked after and had everything we needed.

Felt absolutely fantastic, no reason to complain whatsoever.

I recently stayed at a cozy place for a weekend getaway. The room was perfect for a solo traveler like me, spacious enough and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was like a dream - super comfortable and great for my back. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, always ready to lend a helping hand. They even offered to help with my luggage! Plus, they were multilingual, which made conversations interesting. They even shared their yummy doughnuts and drinks with me! The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The highlight for me was the stunning private garden with beautiful flowers and comfy seating areas. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Oh, and the garden was beautifully lit up at night too!

Honestly, my only complaint is that I only booked for one night! The place was so cozy and welcoming that I wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was a perfect size for a solo traveler like me and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which was great for my back pain. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even helped me with my luggage and offered me doughnuts, tea, coffee, and more. The breakfast selection was extensive, with a variety of options to choose from. The beautiful garden and conservatory were peaceful and relaxing places to unwind.

I only stayed for one night and wished I could have stayed longer. The name of the place didn't quite match my expectations, but everything else more than made up for it.

Stayed at a place that calls itself Park House, but let's just say it could use a name change. On the positive side, the room was perfect for a single person, the bed was like heaven for my spinal injury, and the hosts were overly accommodating and multilingual. Oh, and the garden? Absolutely stunning.

Too bad I could only book for one night.

Exceptionally comfortable bed. Welcoming and helpful hosts. Multilingual hosts. Variety of food and drinks. Beautiful and tranquil garden and conservatory. Thoughtfully designed and maintained spaces. Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Attentive and engaging hosts

    Almost perfect.

The single room at Park House was cozy and inviting, with a charming wardrobe and convenient heating. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including complimentary toiletries. As a light sleeper, I was pleased to find that the room was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

While the shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained, I would have preferred a private one. But hey, that's just my personal preference!
